BAVARIA Industries Group AG, Munich, sells ASTERION International GmbH (Asterion) to the US software company Exela Technologies Inc. Headquartered in France, with offices in Northern Europe, the company generated EUR 60 Mio. sales in 2017 in document management and e-mail communications solutions. BAVARIA will receive net proceeds of around EUR 15 million.
BAVARIA Industries Group holds three direct investments with around 650 employees. The Munich-based industrial holding company is mostly family-owned and pursues a long-term investment strategy.
