ARTI Group consists of the two printing companies Eurogravure S.p.A. (Treviglio) and Nuovo Istituto Italiano d‘ Arti Grafiche S.p.A. (Bergamo). The group companies employ around 900 staff and generated sales of approximately EUR 100 million in 2017. However, BAVARIA's net proceeds are low due to the existing payment obligations of the Italian holding company.
BAVARIA Industries Group AG holds four European companies with around 2,000 employees. The majority of the industrial holding company, headquartered in Munich, is family-owned and has a long-term investment strategy.
